About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Claims Management Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the National Claims Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of Financial Lines claims with both market and client-facing responsibilities.

You will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional claims service, negotiate disputes, and develop effective working relationships across the business.

About You

  • A qualified lawyer with minimum 2-3 years PQE (desired) or someone with considerable experience in managing Financial Lines claims;
  • Experience in management of Financial Lines Claims or litigation;
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims, including drafting claims submissions;
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to communicate and negotiate difficult disputes;
  • Developing effective working relationships and influencing skills to work across the business;
  • An understanding of insurance products and markets, particularly in Financial Lines;
  • Operational compliance in the Insurance Broking industry (highly advantageous).

What We Offer
