Advent Claims Australia operates under Third Party Authority for one of the world’s leading vehicle fleet organisations and is seeking to employ a professional Claims Administration Specialist to join its team conveniently located in the Sydney CBD.

Ideally you will have experience in motor claims administration, however this is not essential.
You will be part of an exciting growth phase of our claims division, as we look to expand our presence in the market as a TPA of choice for operators of substantial motor fleets in the Australian and New Zealand market. You will also be a committed professional who understands the importance of maintaining best practice claims handling procedures.
Day to day:
- Lodge claims and execute key initial activities including customer contact, obtaining claim / policy information, requesting information
- Interpreting coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally to improve business profitability;
- Have the ability to answer incoming customer enquiries as well as making outgoing phone calls to maximise recoveries.
About you:
- Tenacious phone skills with the ability to negotiate
- Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Road Rules:
- Great time management skills, ensuring prompt contact is made
- The ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work with high volumes
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence;
