About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations hub in Seven Hills, NSW.

Rail Operations is an internal Business Unit specialising in rail construction, working with a highly experienced team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and subcontractors effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and interface with design management and construction delivery teams.
  • Uphold and promote the highest Health and Safety standards.

About You

  • You will have experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in rail and associated infrastructure, ideally in a tier 1 setting.
  • A degree in engineering or construction management with experience working on major infrastructure projects, utility relocations, and stakeholder management is required.
