We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to provide day-to-day operational support for our frontline team at SIXT Australia. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining a strong focus on customer services, and achieving targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the frontline team to maximize sales and drive performance
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns
  • Achieve targets and KPIs, and deliver high audit and compliance standards
  • Report and manage daily fleet operations
  • Manage and process rental agreements
  • Sell additional over-the-counter rental products
  • Manage reservations and customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster during location trading hours
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and a good work ethic
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
