We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will assist with daily operational activities, coordinate workflows, and maintain databases. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, preparing production schedules, liaising with internal stakeholders, handling office duties, and managing front-end communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team.
- Assist in preparing and revising daily production schedules.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
- Handle office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters, scheduling meetings & events.
- Manage front-end communication with visitors and clients at Reception.
- Maintain databases and track important deadlines.
- Experience in database management with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Word & Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, focus, and reliability.
- Ability to present professionally when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
