The Role

We're looking for an
Operations Support Coordinator
to join our Shutdown & Maintenance team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to both site operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and continuous improvement across our shutdown projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to site teams, including ad hoc site visits.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of site administration and supervisory staff.
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates across clients (daily/weekly/quarterly).
  • Support compliance with company processes and contribute to leadership performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and assist with related presentations and meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of a shutdown capability library and support system rollouts.
  • Coordinate contract reporting and ensure timely completion of End of Shutdown reports.
  • Develop internal communications for new processes and updates within the division.
  • Collaborate across business units and promote core company values.

About You

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a Site Administrator, ideally within mining, plant, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using software tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
