Career Opportunity - Technical CRM Analyst Role in Sales Enablement Team

  • This role is central to ensuring CRM platforms are effectively integrated into sales, marketing, customer service, and operations processes, while also interfacing with SAP S4/Hana, AWS Connect, website, and the Databricks data warehouse.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a technical CRM analyst or senior administrator role, with hands-on expertise with Salesforce and familiarity with HubSpot and Pipedrive. They will also have strong analytical skills, CRM administration experience, and an understanding of E2E CRM business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Crm Administration & Configuration – current environment is Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive
  2. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
  3. Data Management & Governance – Ensure Crm Data Accuracy, Integrity, and Consistency across platforms.
  4. Enhancements, Change Delivery and User support

Requirements:

  • Proactive detail-oriented professional with solid functional and technical understanding and passion for E2E customer journey and Crm processes.
  • Familiarity with systems integration in a Saas environment (preferably with AWS Connect, Magento, Databricks).
  • Strong skills in Excel, data analysis and data flows, SQL, and Crm data management.

About The Role:

This role is based in Arndell Park (Sydney West) and requires driving as there is no close public transport. You will be required to be on site on average 3 days per week.
