Customer Success Data Analyst
At our organisation, we are seeking an experienced data professional to join our Customer Success team and support our clients.
We have a leading enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform that leverages the latest technology, including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualization, to deliver actionable insights to businesses.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate customer-focused data analyst who can drive, define, and lead customer insights projects.
You will make sense of complex information and engage with the customer success team to share your findings with customers.
In this role you will:
- Work with large volumes of data to understand trends and behaviors.
- Drive customer insights projects and discover actionable insights in customer experience data.
- Present key findings, program results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop positive relationships with product, UX, and customer teams to better understand customer journeys and behavior.
- Design and implement automated data extraction, processing, and validation pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Build predictive models and use machine learning techniques to uncover deeper customer insights.
- Lead process documentation efforts and contribute to onboarding and training of new analysts.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2-4 years of experience with a deep understanding of customer-focused data analysis and segmentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience working with statistical models and advanced analytics, including predictive modelling and text analytics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- A degree in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Experience working in an agile environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
