About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a reasonable caseload under the jurisdiction of NSW Workers Compensation and CTP scheme.
  • Conduct assessments and formulate strategies and recommendations to facilitate the progression of the case.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders, including insurers, employers, and treating medical professionals, to facilitate effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Prepare professional reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Senior Consultants will also undertake supervisory duties.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work within the timeframe.
  • Speaking of a second language is highly regarded but not essential.
