Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to provide occupational rehabilitation services and support them in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for employers and employees.
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Work across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or registration with ESSA plus SIRA accreditation.
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy essential.
  • Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
