Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, promoting return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees;
  • Work with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
  • Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes through various assessments and interventions;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy;
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA, plus SIRA Accreditation;
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy essential for delivering exceptional client care;
  • Well-developed time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
