Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Sydney Metro. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized occupational rehabilitation services. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients achieve return-to-work outcomes and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical guidance to support return-to-work outcomes
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC or RCAA as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
