Transform Lives through Psychosocial Support
We are expanding our NDIS services and seeking an experienced Psychosocial Recovery Coach to provide quality support and maximum value.
You will use a non-judgmental, focused, and person-centered approach with all customers, developing a shared understanding of what 'recovery' means for each customer to determine their goals and needs. You will also explain and maintain clear professional boundaries with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand and effectively implement their NDIS plan.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated lived or learned experience working with individuals experiencing a psychosocial disability.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, including people living with a disability, cultural diversity, and language other than English.
