Recovery Coach Role

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coach to empower individuals towards recovery through our innovative coaching program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop recovery-focused relationships with participants, guiding them in recovery planning and support coordination.
  • Facilitate personalized support, manage administrative tasks, and link participants with community services.
  • Monitor NDIS budgets and assist with plan reviews, promoting participant engagement in the Recovery Coaching Plus program.
About You:
  • You will have the ability to manage an individual caseload and work autonomously, possessing strong organizational skills and meeting specific deadlines.
  • Confidence in providing face-to-face services is essential, along with experience in completing progress reports as per NDIS requirements.
  • A focused approach on participant recovery and engagement in the Recovery Coaching Plus program is crucial, coupled with excellent written communication skills for clear and concise case notes.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/related field (including currently studying) OR 1 year of experience in the mental health sector or related field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Evidence of COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption, and Minimum probationary driver's license and fully comprehensive car insurance.
  • Infection Prevention Training and NDIS Orientation Certificate.
