The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Mental Health Clinical Program in the Way Back Support Service.
This role involves delivering non-clinical, assertive outreach and psychosocial support to individuals at risk of suicide or crisis.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will collaborate with government and non-government organisations to coordinate both clinical and non-clinical care.
You will work with diverse stakeholders to improve access to high-quality aftercare and empower individuals on their journey to recovery.
