We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
The Role- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
- Foster strong relationships with participants, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality support that enables individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III Individual Support/Disability qualification or studying towards it.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the disability sector.
- An ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
- A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
