This pivotal role in participant empowerment requires a holistic view and effective coordination, implementation, and maximization of identified NDIS plan goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Relationship Building: Establish relationships with NDIS registered and non-registered providers and mainstream community-based resources.
- Qualitative Value: Ensure qualitative value for money and encourage self-direction.
- Plan Monitoring: Monitor plan outcomes and expenditure.
- Ongoing Training: Undertake regular training, continuous improvement, and stay abreast of key industry changes.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Deliver clear, accurate, and timely record-keeping in line with NDIS practice standards.
- Adaptable and Autonomous: Demonstrate proactive, resilient, adaptable, and autonomous working skills.
- Team Player: Show flexibility as a team player and willingness to step up when needed.
- High-Level Communication: Possess high-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Exhibit exceptional people skills and great negotiating skills.
