Empowering Individuals Through Personalized Support

We are seeking Support Workers with the relevant skills and experience to provide individualised care to participants within a home care setting.
Job Description:You will empower participants to achieve their goals and support them and their individual care needs in areas such as wellbeing, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care needs and daily activities. You will work closely with the participant to develop a care plan that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current NDIS Workers Check
- Current DHS Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Unrestricted Driver's License
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or similar
- Basic Continence Aid Training (completed face to face within an RTO)
