**Job Summary**:

As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will work closely with our clients to identify their strengths, goals, and support needs, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client's situation
  • Develop personalized recovery plans that cater to each individual's unique needs and goals
  • Provide expert guidance and support to help clients navigate relevant resources and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress

**Requirements**:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
