Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Advocate to join our remote team. As an integral part of our platform and infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, improving internal processes, and driving proactive initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting Mac environments in business settings, with proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, 1Password, Kandji, and Atlassian products.

You will be working closely with HR and Ops teams to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding and operational workflows, as well as collaborating with your peers to create and improve internal IT processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement initiatives from idea to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Mac devices and core tools
  • Ability to help non-technical colleagues solve technical problems with patience and clear communication
  • Organized approach to solving IT issues and proactive mindset to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
