Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our team in South East Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities and building trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams.

  • You will advocate for Atlassian solutions, understanding and positioning them in the context of customer goals and highlighting their technical differentiators.
  • Empathy is key in this role, as you will need to understand customer pain points and technical challenges to provide effective solutions.
  • To succeed, you must be committed to lifelong learning, staying updated on changes and continuously discovering new ways to enhance your product, technical, and customer knowledge.
  • Ultimately, you will drive business outcomes by owning and driving your sales and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Enterprise sales cycles, with a strong understanding of deal dynamics and value selling.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing capacity.
  • Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Technical expertise, either through experience or education, is essential in this role.
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, technical audiences, and other stakeholders in a multi-functional context.
  • Knowledge of Collaboration, Scaled Agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces is desirable, as is experience working with South East Asian customers.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese language is required.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and prior use of Atlassian products are advantageous.
