About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advocate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the advertising industry, ensuring our clients get maximum value from cutting-edge verification technology.

You will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to value realization and renewal. You will build and nurture powerful relationships with key client stakeholders, providing timely problem resolution and managing escalations.

As a Client Advocate, you will partner with the Sales team to identify and drive growth opportunities within your accounts. You will also work hand-in-hand with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineers to onboard new accounts and deliver a unified, exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Client Journey: Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to value realization and renewal.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and nurture powerful relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with the Sales team to identify and drive growth opportunities within your accounts.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineers to onboard new accounts and deliver a unified, exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in Ad Tech, at an Agency, DSP, or publisher.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and ability to confidently analyze data, identify business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients.
  • Dynamic & Adaptable: Quick learner who can easily grasp new processes and systems.
