Technical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our team in South East Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities and building trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams.
You will advocate for Atlassian solutions, understanding and positioning them in the context of customer goals and highlighting their technical differentiators.
Empathy is key in this role, as you will need to understand customer pain points and technical challenges to provide effective solutions.
To succeed, you must be committed to lifelong learning, staying updated on changes and continuously discovering new ways to enhance your product, technical, and customer knowledge.
Ultimately, you will drive business outcomes by owning and driving your sales and revenue goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Enterprise sales cycles, with a strong understanding of deal dynamics and value selling.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing capacity.
Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to deliver winning solutions.
Technical expertise, either through experience or education, is essential in this role.
Comfortable engaging with executives, technical audiences, and other stakeholders in a multi-functional context.
Knowledge of Collaboration, Scaled Agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces is desirable, as is experience working with South East Asian customers.
Proficiency in Vietnamese language is required.
Familiarity with software development processes and prior use of Atlassian products are advantageous.
