Position Overview

Reporting to the Access Implementation Manager, the Land Access Officer plays a crucial role in delivering prompt and precise land access services tailored to the needs of both internal and external clients. This position is vital in addressing and resolving landowner concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Group mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of emails.
  • Engage with land access officers and stakeholders to guarantee that tasks are completed promptly.
  • Distribute work assignments strategically, optimizing resource availability and expertise.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems to ensure all information is current and clear.
  • Ensure proper documentation and processes for Land Access Coordination align with client practices and technology.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings as necessary, contributing to weekly and monthly reports on land access progress.
  • Support land access personnel and the broader team in administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • A skilled Administrator with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Land Access Management protocols is advantageous but not mandatory.

The selected candidates will be required to undergo a National Police check and medical assessment as per contractual obligations and must possess a valid driver's license.
