About The Role

The Access Officer is a key position within Ventia, responsible for producing high-quality access documentation for internal and external customers. Reporting to the State Team Lead, this role requires a strong understanding of the Land Access function and the ability to work effectively with clients to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Activity notices in accordance with client specifications and regulations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence activities, utilizing relevant websites and platforms to investigate build constraints and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of notifications comply with contractual requirements and meet customers' expectations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a large and supportive team to achieve common goals and objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a sound knowledge of the Land Access function and have experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Telecommunications experience is highly regarded, and proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.
