About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Partner to join our growing Recruitment & People Team at Accent Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment assistance and support across all levels of the retail and support office operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy to engage, develop, and retain top talent across our growing portfolio of brands.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, including internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions, and other materials to attract top talent to Accent roles.
  • Conduct formal phone screens and interviews to enable Accent to select the highest caliber talent within the marketplace.
  • Manage the candidate experience and selection process for all internal and external candidates.
  • Provide succession pipelines for critical roles to drive internal career moves and proactive sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to ensure transparency and awareness throughout the recruitment and interview process.
  • Drive Employee/Employer value proposition initiatives and attraction/retention strategies.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to implement and coordinate project timelines and work streams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated 2 years of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience.
  • Experience within retail operations as an area manager highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume vacancies across all job categories.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-based attitude; willing to go outside of required duties to support the team to achieve objectives.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Desire and ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and a driven self-starter to achieve results.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
  • Genuine passion for retail and recruitment/talent acquisition.
