About The Role
The Land Access Administration Specialist will report to the Access Implementation Manager and be responsible for providing timely and accurate land access services to internal and external customers. This role will involve actively participating in the resolution of landowner objections and ensuring that tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that information is up to date and clear.
- Allocate work accordingly, maximising resource availability and skillset.
- Assist land access staff and the wider Ventia team in an administrative capacity where required.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and provide input into reports on land access progress.
- Provide administrative support to the land access team, including maintaining internal trackers and ensuring that documentation is up to date.
About You
- An experienced Administrator with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols is preferred but not essential.
Requirements
- A National Police check and medical as per contractual requirements.
- A valid driver's licence.
