About The Role
As a key member of the Ventia team, the Stakeholder Liaison will play a vital role in supporting our construction activities and ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including utility authorities, government institutions, and community organizations, to engage, inform, and communicate project aspects.
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective lines of communication for approvals and advice.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, deliverables, and timelines between project teams and consultants.
  • Update the wider team via meetings and written correspondence.
  • Assist with various activities within the Stakeholder and Access function as required.
  • Ensure the stakeholder function meets contractual obligations and timeframes.
  • Work collaboratively within a large, supportive, and experienced team.

About You

  • Previous experience in a stakeholder role, preferably within a large construction environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
