About The Position

Under the supervision of the Access Implementation Manager, the Land Access Officer plays a crucial role in delivering precise and timely land access solutions for both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to client specifications, contractual KPIs, and actively engaging in resolving landowner concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Group mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of emails.
  • Coordinate with land access officers and relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely execution of tasks.
  • Distribute work effectively, optimizing resource utilization and expertise.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems to ensure data is current and comprehensible.
  • Ensure comprehensive record-keeping by aligning LAC documentation and processes with client practices and technological advancements.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings as necessary, contributing to weekly and monthly reports on land access developments.
  • Support land access personnel and the broader AMG team in administrative functions as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • A seasoned Administrator capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a comparable role involving interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Land Access Management protocols is advantageous but not mandatory.

The selected candidates will be required to undergo a National Police check and medical assessment as per contractual obligations and must possess a valid driver's license.
