Leadership Role in Concierge Team

This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supervising team members to deliver exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to make decisions independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, performance, and teamwork among team members.
  • Coordinate guest transportation and ensure accurate accounting procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and maintain front and back office equipment, including preventative maintenance programs.
  • Appraise team member performance using an established review system.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in Front Office or Concierge.
  • Full Working Rights within Australia.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems preferred.
  • PASSION FOR PEOPLE AND HOSPITALITY.
  • Australian Drivers License.
