We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Front Office team as a Head Concierge. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, performance, and teamwork within the Concierge team.
  • Coordinate daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless guest services.
  • Manage rosters to optimize staff levels and maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate accounting procedures are followed for all guest transactions.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members using the Accor performance review system.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in Front Office or similar roles.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
  • Possess excellent grooming standards and be available to work varied shifts.
  • Australian driver's license is required.
