Hotel Concierge Manager

As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our iconic Manly Beach hotel.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hotel Concierge Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to effectively manage and motivate a team, and demonstrate a passion for delivering world-class service.

Job Description:
  • Leadership Role: Supervise and support the concierge team, focusing on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Monitor appearance, performance, and overall quality of work from team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
  • Roster Preparation: Create employee schedules to ensure efficient staff levels at all times, while authorizing rosters through relevant departments or assistant managers.
  • Guest Services: Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, with attention to accounting procedures and transfer charges.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain proficiency in using various front and back-office equipment, ensuring regular maintenance programs.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Performance Appraisal: Conduct team member evaluations using Accor's performance review system, address performance issues, and provide counsel when necessary.
  • Qualifications: Previous leadership experience in front office, concierge, or similar roles; full working rights within Australia; knowledge of Opera Cloud systems is preferred.
