People & Culture Experience Advisor
The People & Culture Experience Advisor position is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional employee experiences.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience, focusing on onboarding, recognition, and celebration. The successful candidate will collaborate with the global benefits team to manage local benefits and identify bespoke perks for the team across Asia.
Mobilising social responsibility efforts and championing community engagement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
The jobholder will be responsible for managing events calendars, designing event programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
They will also contribute to enhancing the quality of future events through innovative ideas and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience, focusing on onboarding, reward/recognition, and celebration.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of the employee journey.
