HR Support Partner Role

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Deliver strategic and operational HR support to employees and managers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop innovative solutions.
  • Consult and coach all levels of management to build high-performing teams.
  • Resolve employee concerns with empathy and follow-through.
  • Support the remuneration review and bonus processes, establishing benchmarks.

The HR Support Partner will provide coaching and advice on HR functions based on best practice and internal policies/procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing the administration side of the annual People Development cycle, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and advocating the company culture and values.
