Facilities Manager PPM Lead
BGIS is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager PPM Lead to oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Asset Data for our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the ongoing functionality and efficiency of our critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPM programs.
- Monitor and manage asset data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance staff.
- Generate and analyze reports to track maintenance KPIs.
- Oversee contractor and vendor relationships for specialized maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Proven experience in facility management and trade background, with a focus on PPM and asset data management.
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using CMMS and related software.
- Valid driver's license required.
