Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that facility needs are met.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
