Job Description

As a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced Arrears/Credit/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on an initial period of three months with the possibility of extension.

  • Communicate with customers who have dishonoured repayments and resolve their arrears issues.
  • Make recommendations to management regarding recovery strategies.
  • Prepare and provide daily statistical records.
  • Collaborate with Management to explore ways to improve business activities related to arrears loans.
  • Provide monthly operational reporting to Executive Manager, Customer Experience.
About The Role
  • A minimum three years' experience in credit control, billings, or Accounts receivable roles is essential for this position.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective customer communication.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills are a must-have for this role.
  • Tertiary degree qualification in accounting or business-related studies would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to financial systems and corporate environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of property commerce or industry is also beneficial.
