Our client is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Collections Specialist to manage late-stage recoveries and help small businesses get back on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage your own portfolio of late-stage accounts.
  • Build rapport with customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve arrears.
  • Liaise with third parties like field agents and solicitors.
  • Assess financial hardship applications and ensure compliance with regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years' collections experience (secured or unsecured), ideally late-stage recoveries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to change.
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus.
