Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Collection Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing debtors and optimizing returns while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Arrears Management: Identify arrears, separate them into technical/administrative and credit arrears for correct follow-up, and monitor payment behavior of debtors.
  • Communication: Communicate with debtors by telephone and in writing to solve arrears and make payment agreements.
  • Credit Risk Evaluation: Evaluate credit risk and exposure, and categorize debtors accordingly.
  • Portfolio Management: Administer and maintain overview of own portfolio and ratings, and escalate cases to the relevant internal departments.
