Arrears Reduction Specialist

This is an Aboriginal identified position that requires applicants to be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent.

As a specialist in arrears reduction, you will work with our client in a friendly team based at Mascot NSW. Your key responsibilities include:

- Identifying customer payment delays to reduce outstanding debt
- Negotiating customer payment terms to minimize arrears
- Managing complex customer reconciliations professionally and timely
- Ensuring customer credit limits align with company expectations
- Consistently meeting outbound customer call targets
- Contributing to process improvements and suggesting efficiency strategies
- Building relationships internally and externally for high customer satisfaction

About you: experience in accounts receivable collections, SAP and CRM, intermediate Excel skills and strong organizational ability are preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with industry leading experience and aspiration.

Key qualifications include experience in accounts receivable collections, 1 year preferred; Microsoft Excel 1 year preferred; SAP and CRM 1 year preferred.
