About the Role

As a Key Performance Driver, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and providing direction to stakeholders through workforce management enterprise demand and forecasting.

This is an influential role that requires leadership experience and critical thinking skills to drive change and uplift capability.

You will be responsible for contributing to business unit strategy, collaborating with Stakeholder & Finance teams, and supporting achievement of agreed financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to comprehensive business objectives and ensuring plans, objectives, and KPIs are coordinated and prioritized.

- Collaborating with WFM Teams to ensure overarching planning inclusive of forecasts, capacity plan inputs, and operational planning recommendations.

- Coaching, encouraging, and enabling team members to achieve their potential through training, development opportunities, and effective career planning.

- Leading, motivating, and ensuring the achievement of agreed objectives for self and direct reporting.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a leader with 3-5 years of experience leading WFM Teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record utilizing WFMS tools, preferably Aspect/Alvaria, and experience working in medium/large WFM environments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship building skills. A growth mindset, team leadership, coaching, and development skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in WFM Team leadership, coaching, and development
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to function in a virtual team environment and propose ideas/solutions as required
  • WFM Fundamentals - complete understanding of end-to-end process from forecasting to scheduling and planning
