Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lending relationships after loan approval for direct and broker clients.
  • Coordinate tasks up to settlement, including loan docs and settlement.
  • Handle new loans, variations, and discharges.
  • Boost performance metrics like productivity, quality, and engagement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate settlements, including loan drawdown and mortgage variations.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Develop your skills and share knowledge to train team members.
  • Deliver a great customer experience and grow advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate potential risks to ensure compliance.
  • Review and analyze customer experience criteria.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Quality framework.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a Mortgage/Home Lending role in a financial institution highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
