Aussie Broadband is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions.

This is a permanent role based in Dandenong South, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster. The working hours are between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing accurate and timely data entry of customer details into our systems
