Business Operations Manager

Mars Recruitment Australia is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their leadership team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Centre across areas including human resources, finance, WHS, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the effective management of human resources, finance, WHS, and compliance across the Centre.
- Assist in implementing strategy and future direction for the Centre.
- Develop and review organisational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Build and foster strong work relationships.
- Manage budgets and business finance.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or similar.
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- At least 5 years relevant experience working in a similar role, bonus points if within the Education sector.
- Expertise in managing employee relations.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant employment legislation and awards.
