Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of casual staff during peak periods
* Develop and implement effective strategies for selling a diverse range of wines
* Prepare and present food products, such as cheese boards and pizzas, to a high standard
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales
* Collaborate with the other store manager to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of wine and hospitality
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Keen interest in sustainability and environmental practices
* Proficient in using Mailchimp, Deputy, and Social Media
* Ability to create visually appealing food products
* RSA certificate is mandatory, and a Food Handling certificate would be advantageous
