  • Implementing process improvements, including delivering toolboxes and communicating business initiatives.
  • Undertaking fleet audits, site inspections, and machine and invoicing to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing, transport, trades, plumbing, or mechanical industry, ideally 5+ years.
  • Effective reporting on daily sales, sales orders, manufacturing, and logistical timeframes.
  • Proven understanding of accounting, commerce, and business acumen.
  • A collaborative supervisor with clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technological skills with the capability to utilize and navigate through multiple systems.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
  • A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
  • Coordinating daily operations of the business.
  • Ability to supervise a small team.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Accounting and business practices knowledge of Software MYOB Exo will or similar will be an advantage.
  • Good demonstration of people skills.
