About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in Australia. As Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and grow our revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow our client base in Australia
- Analyze supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Establish strong relationships with new suppliers and ensure a smooth transition to our platform
- Conduct deep dives into client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Design and implement bespoke onboarding plans for major suppliers
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales or business development
- Proven track record of securing and onboarding new business partners
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals profitably
- Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges
