This role plays a critical part in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads and driving expansion into the market.
About the Role- Identify & Qualify Leads - Engage inbound leads and qualify prospects through discovery calls and consultative sales techniques
- Drive Outbound Outreach - Research, identify, and engage prospective businesses through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Grow the Sales Pipeline - Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team
- Conduct Initial Sales Conversations - Educate prospects on business banking and expense management solutions, identifying key pain points and opportunities
- Track & Optimise Performance - Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously improve your sales approach based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- 1-2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales, ideally within fintech or financial services
- Proven outbound & inbound sales skills, with experience handling high lead volumes and qualifying opportunities
- Full-cycle sales expertise - Experience managing the entire process, from lead generation to closing and ongoing account engagement
- Track record of hitting targets - Ability to consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales goals
- Strong communication skills - Confident in delivering value propositions and handling objections
- Self-starter mentality - Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales outreach tools
