Job Title: Growth Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Fintech Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, initiating, developing and nurturing business relationships and opportunities in key market segments.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences.
  • Network with industry influencers, consultants and partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or outbound sales is required.
  • Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization is a plus.
  • Passionate about people and building relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, reliable and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to think creatively and multi-task with ease.
  • Driven as an individual contributor but also able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or HR tech related platforms is a bonus.
