**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fintech Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their expertise in HR to drive business outcomes and contribute to the company's growth.

**About the Role**: As a Fintech Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a performance-driven work environment. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership skills and employee development
  • Partner with the HR team to manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform HR-related decisions and business outcomes

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need at least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role. Ideally, you will have a Finance or Technology background. You will also need proven experience in both strategic and operational activities, sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of Australian employment law, and strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
